Stressed OUT! Read on because help has arrived.

High Stress doesn’t have to be part of YOUR LIFE… Adrenal support is something we can all use in the crazy, fast paced world in which viruses, war, inflation and poor leadership have become part of the daily routine. Typically one can try a 3 or 5mg dose about a 1/2 hour before going to sleep. After taking the melatonin it is important to head straight to bed with lights out, no screens. Please try to avoid using chemically based OTC concoctions like diphenhydramine, in the long run they are no good for you and in the short run… they knock you out but don’t provide good quality sleep.
